The Nature in Me

Born and bred in Minnesota, my parents gave my brother and me the gift of nature! As children, we tent camped in northern Minnesota on The Sawbill Trail and in the Boundary Waters Canoe Area. The region is pristine, wild and beautiful filled with the call of loons, truly the song of the north. Since moving to Jacksonville, Florida years ago the beach has enthralled me and become my passion for photography. Nature and photography are like cheese and crackers! Sunrises, seagulls, surf and clouds that I can play with at my whim. No two days are ever alike. Mother Nature’s beauty is always perfect. It is my joy to capture and present her work…the colors, the calm, the emotion and magic of the moment.
